Public transit is not one of the places Wisconsin's concealed carry law explicitly restricts even permit holders from taking their guns, but in Madison that's been the rule: no guns on city buses. Now one of the state's gun rights advocacy groups has taken aim at that policy, calling it a violation of residents' Second Amendment rights. According to the group's website, Nik Clark, president of Wisconsin Carry Inc., sent a letter Wednesday to the general manager of Madison bus line.
